Meet Our RLCPC Officers

Chairman Nathan Ewers

Nathan, a lifelong liberty-minded conservative, was born in Marquette, Michigan, and raised in Pasco County, Florida. He has a passion for politics, debate, and entrepreneurship. With over six years of experience as a mechanical engineer, Nathan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

A former Treasurer and Secretary of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Pasco, Nathan is also an Eagle Scout and a committed follower of Christ. He is dedicated to mentoring young conservatives, encouraging their involvement in the political process, and advocating for limited government, individual liberty, and constitutional principles.


Vice Chair Jeff Miller

Jeff is a 50-year resident of Pasco county, father of four, and grandfather of six. He has been in the real estate business for 10 years and has been nominee for the realtor hall of fame. He currently is the owner and operator of Home Love Construction.

Treasurer David Wallis

David Wallis wears many hats in the RLC as he also serves as the Treasurer for the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida. David is a Christian first and foremost. He is a 20-year Marine Corps veteran of multiple combat deployments. He has had a heart for giving back to his community and has been volunteer rural firefighter, reserve Sheriff Deputy, a 2A activist, held elected office both publicly and within the Republican party. After relocating to Pasco County in 2021, he reentered the political realm for the sole purpose of Constitutional Carry. His favorite motto is “The Bill of Rights are NOT a suggestion”.

Social Media Director Julia Marie Spadafora Badala

The SMD Establishes internal Pasco RLC procedures, rules, and policy regarding all digital and online media platforms and messaging. Maintain an account for admin access, passwords, domain names, and regulatory guidelines regard online communications. Direct and supervise all admins of all RLC PC digital accounts to ensure policy, rules and messaging are in compliance with the RLC mission statement.


Chaplain Kuhrt Lee

The RLC PC Chaplain shall provide religious services and/or sacraments to those of their own faith group within the chapter. They shall also facilitate the free exercise of religion of those of other faith groups while providing care and counsel to all regardless of religious affiliation. The Chaplain shall advice the chairmen on all religious, spiritual, and moral matters where appropriate.


Parliamentarian Ralph Philbrook III

The RLC PC Parliamentarian will assist the chairman to manage meetings and advise on parliamentary procedure. the parliamentarian is acknowledged as an expert in rules of order and he proper procedures for the conduct of meeting of deliberative assemblies. RLCPC parliamentarian will chair the bylaws committee to review unit bylaws each year and revise bylaws every three years or as needed in cases requiring expedience.

Web Content Manager Zachary Falbo

WCM is responsible for managing the RLC website, contributing to the site design, assisting with the development of the content management system, maintaining the integrity an security of web-related data and for overseeing portal functionality and ensuring smooth daily operation of the web services.
